Wheelchair accessible hotel in a pretty comfortable area of Puerto del Carmen. The staff were efficient and hard-working, were waiting for us in the friendly reception: )

The room was very specious, the staff was customer-focused and the location was optimal. I had a superb breakfast and it had lots of food. Great view, a GREAT balcony, large bed, too. Daily service was welcoming too. Loved Puerto del Carmen, the hotel was perfect little.

I loved top location and the fantastic service of the team. Hotel was close to restaurants and bars. Plus, distance to los pocillos beach was only 1 km. Friendly check-in, fast check-out.

We loved how close it is to gran casino de lanzarote and playa de los pocillos. We had an ENJOYABLE stay. El Jameo Restaurante, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Gran casino de lanzarote can be quickly reached, it' s just 1 mile away. If you do n't want to go far from the hotel, try La Romantica, which is 100 ft away...
